Possible Thor 2 Villains
Cinema Blend's "reliable sources" are saying they know who's being considered for possible villains for Thor 2.
“Our source tells us that while the Thor 2 project is still in very early stages and they don’t expect to start actually writing the script until the end of the year, internally producers are kicking around possible villains. In contention to face off against Thor are two characters named The Enchantress and The Executioner.”
The Enchantress first appeared in 1964's Journey into Mystery #103. She has the abilities (from marvel.com) to use sorcery and seduction. Few can resist her beauty, particularly when she augments it with her magic; a single kiss is often enough to make a man her slave. She is one of the most powerful mystics in Asgard or on Earth, capable of energy blasts, protective shields, illusions, levitation, teleportation, conjuring, inter-dimensional travel, transmutation, time-disruption and mind control.
The Executioner premiered in that same issue. In it he teamed with the Enchantress to battle Thor. He exiled Jane Foster to another dimension
and tried to get Thor to surrender his hammer to him in exchange for her.
Both the Enchantress and the Executioner eventually became members of the original Masters of Evil and battled The Avengers.
Eh...There's got to be better villains out there. At this stage it's just in development, so anything could happen.
