'Fast Five' Passes $100 Million in U.S. Box Office

Fast Five" just premiered on Friday, April 29, and has remained the No. 1 movie for all six days it has been in theaters already passing the $100 million mark. However, it's going to face one hell of a challenge with Thor hitting theaters today.

Thor has already make its mark in the overseas market (where it was released first) by pulling in just over $124 million in the foreign box office coming into Thursday, which bodes well for its U.S. debut. This is setting up an epic battle this weekend. Imagine the crowds at theaters showing both films!!! I may be going to late night showings this weekend in order to find a seat!
