Game Informer reports that Telltale has the OK from Image Comics to expand upon the existing Walking Dead mythos. They'll be leaving the story of Rick Grimes and his group to the comics and TV. The game will follow an escaped convict named Lee as he tries to make sense of the zombie infested world. He'll be joined by Clementine, a young orphan.
Neither of the three mediums' characters are set to cross paths at this time.
Schedule is for Winter 2011. Platforms Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PC and iPad.
